  - You retain all ownership rights to your submitted work. The terms above do not transfer ownership rights of your work but allow Blendzville Global and its partners to use your work as described.

4. Representation and Warranties:
  - You represent and warrant that you have full legal right and authority to grant the rights described in these terms and that your work does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

5. Indemnity:
  - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blendzville Global and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, suit, action, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

- Blendzville Global reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all submissions, including eligibility, compliance with these terms, and content suitability. Blendzville Global may also update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
